Kingston Bluetooth Sound Doesnt Work When Bluetooth Dongle Is Plugged In?

Sound doesnt work when bluetooth dongle is plugged in? - kingston bluetooth

I have a Bluetooth dongle Kingston, when I connect to my Compaq v6030us, the sound is muted on the laptop. If I remove the dongle to work again the sound. I turned off all audio protocols in the Bluetooth Manager as well? How do I get a sound and Bluetooth simultaneously?

The Bluetooth dongle comes with many Bluetooth audio services, which means that the adapter works as an audio output device with a Bluetooth headset. When you install the driver for the card to select the audio function is also installed a new sound card to check your audio properties in the tab "Audio" to your standard computer audio device [your normal sound card] as an audio playback device. I think it will solve the problem [to do when the power supply is connected]. If it does not control the software configuration of your adapter. Check the audio settings in your software dongles .............. Good luck
